A deposit of 50% of total job price (plus VAT) will be required on confirmation of order. The balance is due 7 days before installation commences, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. The right is reserved to charge interest at the then current rate on all overdue accounts. 2suitU Interiors Ltd will remain the owner of all goods until final payment has been made. Any deposit is only refundable in exceptional circumstances and up to one month prior to the proposed delivery date.

Delivery dates are provisionally reserved at the time of order and must be confirmed one month before required date to ensure delivery date, unless otherwise agreed. 2suitU cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred through late delivery.
2suitU Interiors Ltd reserves the right to charge the client for any costs incurred through change of installation date or cancellation.
In the event of any damage or shortage of items, notification must be received by 2suitU, in writing, within 7 days. All items will be checked on delivery and 2suitU will advise the client of any items outstanding. No return of goods will be accepted which have been supplied in accordance with the Purchaser's order. 2suitU cannot accept liability for any items which go missing or are damaged after installation.
Standard manufacturer’s warranties apply. All warranties and guarantees will be passed to the owner of the goods, to be held in case of faulty workmanship or other claims requiring exchange or repair. All quotations referring to products are given in good faith. Please note that no guarantees are given with the bronze package.
It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure all goods are insured once received. 2suitU Interiors Ltd are responsible for the goods only up until the time of installation. Under no circumstances will the company be liable for any loss or injury attributable to defects in the goods or otherwise in relation to the performance of any contract entered into between 2suitU Interiors and the Purchaser. Furthermore, the Purchaser shall indemnify 2suitU against any claim for such damage loss or injury made against 2suitU by a third party.
From time to time, the design, material and finish of the products is liable to change without notice, in the light of product availability and development. 2suitU reserve the right to substitute items for those of a similar quality.

2suitU Interiors will not be liable to the Purchaser for any breach of Contract arising from or which may have been caused by Act of God, force majeure, war, riot, civil commotion. Government order, direction or legislation by fire, accident, strike, or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions, delays in transport or by any other matter over which 2suitU has no control.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law, and by agreeing to be bound by them you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.
